What to Do with a Duke, the first book in my new Spinster House series, comes out in just over a week! PW called it a “fun series launch,” and RT Book Reviews gave it four stars, saying: “Sit back and enjoy this fast-paced delightful read.” If you click on the cover, you’ll link to the page where you can read the first two chapters. I hope you’ll enjoy Marcus and Cat’s story as much as I enjoyed writing it.
To celebrate the book’s release, my publisher has been offering the prequel novella, In the Spinster’s Bed, for FREE! And they’ve also dropped the price for Loving Lord Ash, the last book in the Duchess of Love series, to $1.99. I’ve been told these promotional e-book prices will last until September 4, so if you haven’t grabbed a copy yet, now would be a good time.
Meanwhile I’ve been keeping my head down all summer, working on the second book in the series, How to Manage a Marquess, which will be out in May 2016. (Amazon is saying April 26.) I’m expecting my editor’s suggested revisions to land in my inbox any second now. Waiting to hear what she has to say is always a bit nerve-racking, but once her email arrives, I’ll take a deep breath and dive back into the story, polishing and tweaking.
